Production time:
Engraving – Standard lead time 1-5 working days, after proof approval, pending details of order.
Laser Glass Etching – Standard lead time 1-2 weeks, after proof approval, pending details of order.
Printing – Standard lead time 2-3 weeks, after proof approval, pending details of order.
Art Requirements:
Logo art must be emailed, in PC format only, and must be accompanied by: Company name, Contact Name and Phone number. Missing information may cause a delay.
Digital Art: High resolution Vector files in .eps, .ai or .cdr format.
Art for Printing: If more than one color is required, art must be provided with color separation in Illustrator .eps or .ai Vector format.
You will be notified if art is not acceptable or clean up work is required. Additional charge of $20 added if clean-up is necessary).
Set up charges:
Printing: $40 per color for set up; $24 per color for re-set up.

Per Item: Add $3.75 per item
Additional Text: Add $2.25 (for every additional 30 characters)
Text or Name Changes: $1 per piece, per change
*Pending size of products area, layout of text characters will be adjusted on billed accordingly.
Laser Glass Etching:
Logo or Straight Text (up to 30 characters): $5.75 each
Additional Text (per 30 characters): $3.50 each
Text or Name Changes: 1.60 per piece, per change

Printing – Minimum of 26 pieces
Logo or Straight Text (per color): 26-50 pieces - $2.50 each; 51-100 pieces - $2.25 each; 101+ pieces $1.50 each.
Re-order Policy:
Printing: There will be a re-setup charge on all printing re-orders.
Engraving & Etching: No additional re-setup charges for repeat orders.
Note: Due to the fact that personalized items require additional charges, place your order for the item stating the quantity with or without engraving, and after all the fees have been accessed we will contact you with the additional charges for your approval. All fees are paid prior to any personalization being done.
